Asian and European sizes refer to different code systems in Asia and Europe, and the former and the latter can be further subdivided. For convenience, each country has established its own prototype and statistically compiled the specific dimensions of each size and each part to form its own unified size specifications. my country certainly has its own unified size specifications, but when comparing the south and the north, it is necessary to make appropriate looseness and size additions based on the specific style and the structural size characteristics of the local human body to make the appropriate fit.

How to measure the size of the body

1. Chest size

Stand upright, with both arms naturally hanging down on the sides of the body. Place the tape measure in front of the nipple (for women, place it on the breast), and place the tape measure behind the shoulder blade at the lower corner to measure the 'quiet chest circumference'. Then try to inhale as much as possible and measure the 'chest circumference when inhaling'. Exhale as much as possible and measure the chest circumference when exhaling. Attention, do not shrug your shoulders when inhaling and do not bend over when exhaling.

2. Waist circumference

Pants waist circumference: Measure the circumference around the seam on both sides of the waist circumference; Net waist circumference: Measure around the thinnest part of the waist at the outer edge of the pants and add size as needed.

3. Hip circumference

Pants hip circumference: From the waist opening downwards, measure the widest part of the pants horizontally for one week; Net hip circumference: Balance the circumference along the fullest point of the buttocks for one week, and add relaxation as needed.

4. Weight

Weight is a fundamental indicator of physical development. When measuring, the subject needs to wear a vest and shorts and stand steadily on the weight scale.

5. Lower leg circumference (left and right leg)

Standing upright, with weight evenly distributed on both legs, measure the circumference of the thickest part of the calf gastrocnemius muscle with a tape measure.

6. Pant length

The distance from the waist down to the bottom of the pants; Casual pants and jeans do not include the hemline, and an additional 3-4CM of hemline is reserved for self trimming.

7. Net pant length

The distance from the waist to the actual edge of your trousers; the standard measurement length of men's net trousers is at the junction of the upper and sole of leather shoes.

8. Thigh circumference (left and right leg)

Stand naturally with your feet apart, about 15 meters apart. The measuring point is below the buttocks. Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of the thickest part of the thigh muscle group when it is relaxed and when it is stretched as hard as possible.
