Step 1: Register an Account
Visit the homepage and click “Register.” Follow these steps:

Enter your mobile number and verify via SMS;

Set your login password;

Click “Submit” to complete registration.
Once registered, you can log in and start your sourcing journey.
Step 2: Submit a Purchase Request
Type the product name into the search bar. The system will show results from 1688, Taobao, and our own Factory Direct Mall:

For 1688 and Taobao items: You can view product info and add to cart. Our team will help confirm availability and details.

For Factory Direct Mall items: You can directly contact the factory’s sales team to confirm requirements such as specifications, customization, and packaging.
After confirmation, click “Submit Sourcing Request” to proceed.
Step 3: Pay Deposit or Full Amount
Once you receive the official quote and estimated lead time, choose to pay a deposit or full amount.
We will handle factory communication, order placement, production tracking, and quality control on your behalf.
Step 4: Pay Remaining Balance & Shipping Fee
After production is complete, the system will generate the invoice for your final payment and logistics cost, based on your selected shipping method (rail, truck, air, etc.).
Once payment is made, we will arrange shipment and provide a tracking number with full logistics tracking.
